IBO: A Poetic Language

The vast majority of the characters that you were encountering in the novel are not British, but people of color. So I put out a call and hired an Antigua editor and writer to go through things with me. Her name is Joanne Hillhouse and she was amazing. She talked about how IBO is much more poetic language than English.
