Hypertrophy Training

When I'm working with power lifters or strength athletes and lower end exercises in the trainee day, basically they're just put there for hypertrophy. So if I use, you know, just a barbell curl is an example. What I try to teach them is don't go faster now. Keep it hard for the next three reps because those three reps are going to be the effective reps that are going to make a bigger difference.
