How to Schedule Your Business for Success

A friend of mine has tasked me with organizing a program for his small business that he runs. He drives people of the Amish community around wherever they need to go and can be short distances or long range. So I'm trying to help him so that he can run reports and possibly I would take calls for him and start doing scheduling for him.
