Is He a School Shooter?

For a kid that didn't have any money, he sure did have expensive weapons, ammunition, scopes. He killed cats, had pictures of it, showed it to people, posted about it. Was violent with women. Ok, not a good kid. But is he a school shooter? Was he being radicalized? Was he fronted with money, an equipment? It main unlikely, but possible.
