The largest absolute gains are going to be coming from education and agriculture. The forum is publishing another report which is about skills, it's called skills first. So we find that when it comes to the skills churn or rather what amount of the current core skills of a worker today,. What percentage of that is likely to change in the next four years? That's over 40%.
