How Fun Scripture Study Can Become

Tyler Drexler: We're going to pick up the second part of Mark chapter one after he has talked about the baptism of Christ and that will begin in verse 12. He says it's fabulous how the things we can learn from scriptures including like a long genealogy list that most of us may not think oh that's exactly what I want to be reading in scripture. Now contrasting and comparing Luke and Matthew, Matthew starts at Abraham. So he's the great Jewish progenitor and it's kind of an exclusive genealogy that works great for the Jews. Luke on the other hand takes us all way to Adam and to God who are the fathers of all. That's a really good
