How I Approach Weight Loss and Self-Efficiency

A commonality for when I'm successful with goals versus when I fall short with goals is in this relates to self-efficacy as well. If I'm relatively confident in my ability to accomplish a goal I've set for myself then if I have a setback like I don't care yeah and if anything I view it as a positive thing because I can treat it as a learning experience. A lot of the things that I think has helped me out quite a bit are focusing on being more flexible instead of having rigid ideas about what success means.
