The Role of Taxes in Public Goods Funding

Donations and taxes are the dominant ways of funding public goods in our day-to-day lives. Governments' job is to create value in the non-excludable space, where there's no customers. The market for public goods creators is I think going to be the biggest innovation of crypto. If we can start up an economy where you're rewarding people with tokens that you aren't collecting or literally just minting, then within the network of value production, there is some sort of demand for that token.
