Is Twitter a Good Place to Place Ads?

All of the ads on Twitter are served on your home feed. That means that there's not a single location where you can serve a really targeted ad. It brought up this idea that maybe on Twitter, serving an ad in the replies of a thread is potentially a more targeted place to serve an ad. And I thought that was interesting just about the idea of like placement of ads within Twitter.
