Microsoft's Legal and Business Machinations Can Help Avoid a Breakup
I think it's very possible that as you were saying Tom, that Microsoft has some legal and business machinations in their quivers. I have no doubt that Microsoft can figure out how to avoid that breakup because investors like them some free money. But I don't see it like if we're going to say this is the date in the Wikipedia entry of when this closes, it will not be Tuesday officially. There's a 97% chance this closes at this point.
