I like to be in a thousand calorie deficit underneath your maintenance. I never want to put a client in such a big calorie deficit that their body goes into starvation and survival mode Typically, you know what that feels like because you want to start eating crap at night If you're having cravings in the evening or on the weekends it's because you're starving yourself. Unless you're getting geared up to go on vacation That's the only time you should be in a calorie deficitthat's so extreme that you have cravings. Does that make sense? Yeah, but I am going on a cruise on the 12th of February.
