Avoiding Swapping in Images

I know that swapping is is a common mistake in images, even for the top competitors division one. What advice would you give to avoid swapping? I tried things that didn't work and it really slowed down my speed when I was trying to do it. And also because when I see the image I just to go fast like some image I put sound some I don't independent of the image so it didn't work. It depends on whether I focus on the actions that they do or I slow down on the moment.
