Engineering - Chemistry - You've Got to Own the Moment
You can never tell until you're in the room physically, because you don't know what the individual has gone through that day. I often try to build multiple touch points so that when we walk in the room, we're no longer strangers. We feel like we've already been working together. So for me, that's all part of the engineering. But i don't like to use the word engineer, ecause it's never done. Perhaps it is done on purpose, but i can never answer brief or help a client until i really get to know them.
