Is There a Limit to Intrusive Surveillance in China?
This is not a structural problem for China. It's short-term. The sino-farm vaccine prevents serious illness and death, but neither do ours. Let's just get better than theirs at preventing infection. Their rural health care system is broken down. They don't have enough hospitals. And you add to that field hospital, so they're great at standing up. So for everybody who thinks about the role of China in the global economy, there's a fix to this contrary to a lot of what's being written. I saw the economists this week and other saying he's trapped. I think that's just wrong.
