The solicitor general has taken up her invitation to transform h h s from a checkwriting vidutiary agency that administers these insurance programmes into a federal public health agency. There's no real limiting principle on what the secretary could do as it relates to helth and safety. If the statutes the court cited are broad enough to allow this type of regulation, it's hard to seeWhat other types of decisions couldn't be made under that same heading. So those are my observations. I'm happy to turn this over. But that's, that's a quick summary of the decisions.
