Mackenzie: Augusta and Royal Milburn are the two courses I want to see most. He says he has plans for a few more that were never actually built or weren't followed in some cases. Mackenzie's "most incredible course ever designed" was El Nárico San Isidro in Argentina, which is on his list of lost designs.
