And that means what we want out of exercise or even like what we don't want. Some people, they're like, I feel it and it feels great; other people are like, I'm going to die at any second. Here's the thing. You don't have to super duper sweat or get your heart rate up to be healthy to get the benefits of exercise and movement. So let's figure out a way to exercise a way to move that embraces that and finds that.
