I think it's super important to have a cost and revenue from the beginning. You need to build on your own time, right? Whether it's after work at night or, or, you know, living on your savings. Optionality is super, super important in this sort of business because your costs are so low. Because you don't need much upfront investment, you can retain optionality for years.
