Jason Smith: We often experience change as loss, and then we start to extrapolate the loss. The only thing that is useful is trying to figure out how can this be put to good use? He says once you run yourself through these little questions, i find that this thing that i didn't want to do, or, you know, thathe changes to the way in which i was communicating with people. "I think that we do not do enough experimentation in our own lives," he adds.
