Popper says traditional systems of epistemology may be said to result from yes answers or no answers, to questions about the sources of knowledge. Popper: How can we organize our political institutions so that bad or incompetent rulers cannot do much damage? Cannot do too much damage is a great way of putting our love at, very anti-authoritarian there. It's very much in the mold here of Churchill's injunction that, well, democracy is the worst of all forms of governance,. except for all those other forms that we've tried.
