How Does the McLaren McCone Case Impact Employee Rights Under Section 7 of the NLRA?
The National Labor Relations Board decided the McLaren McCone case that may impact employee rights under the provisions proposed by Ramsey, specifically the non-disparagement clause. The board ruled that these provisions may violate the National Labor Relations Act because they would reasonably tend to coerce employees from filing an unfair labor practice charge or assisting a board investigation. Sometimes it is the moral and ethical and spiritual thing to speak out. And I think the Bible is clear about that, not to have fear of man.
