Are We Ready for Complexity?

Ryan, we've been talking about genzi and faith. I think gensi isnt doesn't respond as well to just straight up messages from the pulpit. Being an hour and a half on sunday, type of faith on small groups, i think are huge. We have an underdeveloped relational intelligence in church circles. And so we assume that any conflict is necessarily bad.
