So when you're practicing a nose nasal breather, first of all, so if I'm on a jog and I feel like I'm getting out of breath, it would be actually better for me to stop my jog and slow down. And then just like we talked about with those breath holds, doing a few targeted sessions of breath holds. So at the end of your session, you want to do maybe five or six breath hold practices as you're walking, as you're running, asyou're lifting weights. It's just to that point of air hunger. We're not trying to push past that.
