You have to be really self aware. Soy what was it about that situation that didn't work for me, and how do i correct for that? How do i really keep my radar up and and hypertuned to falling into some of those traps? But the other thing that's important whenever you're trying to make a little bit a change in course careers, is that you have to be the one to tell your own story. Don't just be passive and let some one interpret as they might just from the facts on the page.
