Is the Grant a Little Premature?

I would not be surprised if there was a even a majority opinion that invoked major questions doctrine and said it was connected to the a nondeliation doctrine. I think it's cavana opinion that says, you know, this is what the statute says. This would be a big thing to smuggle in the statute. We dont thing tht's right. Yes, that seems bat to me.
