The Benefits of PTO

Do you enjoy taking PTO on days that everyone else in your company is still working? Or do you prefer kind of like those company-wide holidays where you know everyone else is also taking the day off? Ooh, that's a good one. I think it kind of depends. But I do think I like company-wide days off a little more. Just because it doesn't feel like you're missing out.
