You find a high quality manager, he says, i want to be involved, and he brings how much cash in his back whatever, isin the trust. And so now it's not like an i po ihe trust. The people that are investors in the spack have to like the deal. So you have the capital was raised in the spack at once, plus the capital that comes from the pipe. And together they form the full deal that gets announced. It's sort of like skimming the cream of door number one. You get to say, i want fidality, i want goman, i want this bank. That's yet another benefit....
