I Don't Like Most Truffle Oils
I'm just going to go right out here and say it like I don't like most truffle oils. You can make good truffle butter, but a lot of the oils themselves are have no truffle in them whatsoever. It's just like it's a actual synthetic thing. And I see people putting that oil on their stakes before they roast it or chili sauce with this oil, which I won't name, which is fucking garbage.
