Do You Trust Your Gut?
I actually trust my gut a lot. I think data is super important. The CEOs gut will win because we are more senior, we're more experienced and the Agosar the company is gut will win every time. You come with data and you come with research and then you can persuade my gut that I'm wrong. But don't let me my gut feel this because it's a very hard argument to win with somebody more senior than you. And if we remember that our gut actually is a reflection of the past and not of the future, we need to allow ourselves to keep challenging it. Otherwise we're going to continue doing the same thing over and over again.
