Oikofobia

Oikofobia is a hatred of the self that sets in after a culture sort of fulfills its destiny. Once they've achieved the apex of the forms there's nothing left for them to do. Hadrian in Rome where he you know decides not to expand the empire and to shore up its borders instead. That's the moment when Oikofobia starts to set it now.
