Is the Birth Rate Dropping in the United States?
The Roman government tried to control women's sexual behavior by making it illegal for them to have more than three children. In the United States, a similar law was passed in 2010 but has since been repealed. The goal of these laws is to force women back to functioning as a womb and not anything else - without actually providing resources for child care.
