Is It an Edge or a Form of Edge?
Is there providing risk transfer service to non-economic hedgers? Is that a form of edge? Or I'm pretty sure you're a fan of seasonality. Yeah, so I think this goes to, is it pure, like is it arbitrage? It's not arbitrage. Arbitrage is like a pure edge in my opinion. ERP is a really good example. There should be an equity risk premium because otherwise, why would you bear the risk? Right? You want to be compensated for it. But most people aren't sitting down and doing the calculus or looking at their options.
