The Phase Two Split of Spacex and Blorjan
There are still some poison pill lines in this documentation notably uh... the whole phase three program is focused on october first twenty twenty six because that is the start of the fiscal year. There's a good be a battle between those two stipulations of the launch that are applied to the other provider west coast launch date site. If lorgin wins they don't have to launch a west coast launch for this entire program unless they win one on lane one so maybe that's something that they can work and they say actually you know you need to wave that because we don't have any launches for the west coast.
