Is There a Realistic Timeframe for Onboarding?
It also definitely depends on how automated you want it. We want to automate things because we've got such a large scale. There's no point in having automated system if you've got, as you mentioned, 10, 20 athletes. It's just not feasible. But something is better than nothing. Also if you do get to 50, then you can look at implementing it. And which we find, systems that work for 10 don't work when you 10x it. So you have to be willing for your system to update, evolve and iterate for sure.
