Sally Kohn has written a book about her experiences in start up. She says she struggled with self-doubt, fear of not being good at it and high resistance to the project. A coach helped her overcome these issues by showing her what was standing in her way. "It's really a lot of ego stuff, like, what if nobody likes it? I don't want to be that person," said Kohn.
