What Are the Core Values of the Scorecard?
Dan: At the bottom of this document, there's a section called core values. These are really difficult to write and it's easy to just kind of like bullshit your way through here because there's so many nice things that you can in theory say about yourself and your organization. And I think when you're hiring, especially when we talked about using this scorecard as like a hiring device, really, really important that you have your core values written down. So for us, we have values A through E. They should be reevaluated every 90 days.
