Stroke Risks After Cardioversion

When you after you cardiovert someone or after they get in oblation, the atria might be paralyzed. So usually they do at least three or four weeks of an anti coagulan after that. Is important to make sure that there's no thrombus present at the time of the cardiove. But as you've mentioned, that atrium is actually stunned for some period of time after the cardioversion.
