The Challenges of Shooting a Film
In addition to keeping the caravan of 100 plus cast and crew linked in the pre-cellphone email era, Ramis had to figure out how to shoot actors driving moving cars. Huge air conditioners were installed in the car to keep things cool for the actors because again, you know, you're shooting in Monument Valley in July. And those temperatures were especially challenging on actress Imogene Koka who played aunt Edna. "Every shooting day is a big challenge, but we were feeling like we were accomplishing something good every day," he said.
