Will a B Five Prime Really Affect the Market Cap?

The law will affect the long term profitability in the margins of the companies that have to hire them as full time employees. It has huge operational implications, and it has really terrible opex implications for a company. And even if they are super clever in capturing consumer deband the unit economics are going to be pretty shiody. But i just think what it means more than anything else is it's not a real venture kind of business....
