There's a piece in the NASW code of ethics that says social work students must abide by it. The act of acknowledging self care and working with your organization is now in there. We can't tell any of these organizations that they have to do it and we're not holding them accountable, but I think a social worker could take this to their agency or a student could take it to their school.
