I was looking for well-rounded people that just had a general good understanding of technology so they can handle cameras and also just be able to learn quickly. So it's about the person, not necessarily about their exact skills, when you're going into a startup. Almost nobody hires us to do something that we haven't done before. And clients like to know that you didn't just do it once. I remember asking Mr. McFadden, why is this important if the artwork is really good? He says, why is it important for you to wear clean underwear? This was your teaching? Yes.
