Studies have shown that our emotions are contagious. So if you show up with all the perfect things to say, but you don't feel it,. You don't express it. Then people pick up on the genuine emotion that's there. If you start with a smile, you will begin to feel happy. It's a very interesting feedback loop that builds on itself.
