How to Create Win-Win Situations for Everyone
I feel like people were complaining that nobody knows how to properly teach Jiu Jitsu. There's no real skills in this. We just roll and then eventually, oh, I guess we're teaching. That was kind of a complaint that I caught up on the bus and the frequencies. If I cannot have everyone walk out of there with a smile, then I'm not doing it. The same for in business. I always negotiate literally on the opposite part from the other side. It randomly gave birth to this idea because I'm thinking often thinking a lot about how can I create?
