How to Balance Push and Pull in the B2B World

Sally Kohn: How do you balance that kind of push and pull situation in the B2B world? She says there are many companies that operate in a very, very, very aggressively sales-led mode. But for me, it's like a big part of the problem can come if, for example, you have a founder with an idea who wants to start up his or her own company. And so I think that there are some companies that are always going to be more along that kind of sales-led contract-led type approach.
