In a case where, let's say four people come in with five jackets, there's actually a probability that not all of them do. The question is, well, what's the probability that each of them will get a jacket? Well, it's one because each cause there're only five people to give out five jackets to. But in a case where each of they will get their own, that's when ad that thing.
