Is the Phone Going Away?
I think there's a little bit of a personalization or projection that we tend to do. We have pretty much reconfigured or restructured our society around the phone at this point. People who would be uncomfortable talking on the phone are, or even uncomfortable, like conveying something more complex than a simple reply in a text message is using voice notes. It's stuff about how like the app stores are going to change. And I've been finding myself using those a lot more when I'm driving and I can't, I can't type or just be walking.
