i wanted to look into a history of women athletes and abortion. In 19 72, miss magazine published its first ever stand alone issue. And inside that magazine running across the top of two full pages were the words, we have had abortions. 50 years later, in an opinion piece for the washington post, billy jean king wrote, if we lose the ability to control our bodies and our futures, so many gains made will be undone.
