Do You Believe That God Created a Universe Out of Nothing?
There's no such thing as where before the universe, because what we mean by where space or when time is is comes into existence with the universe. It's not like god goes through some process and then at the end of that process there's a universe. So that's just what you do when your substantial existence itself, or subsistent existence itself, as god is.
