Getting Protein as a Vegan
Protein to calorie ratio is important. It's not about how many calories you eat and all how much protein you're eating. Some people are sort of malnourished in a sense because they don't know what they're eating. And advertising comes into this as well. I would look at chickpeas as more of a sort of high protein carb source rather than a protein source in and of themselves.
