I've always been meaning to write introspect but I actually thought it would take me a much longer time. So I get a lot of people asking me for advice in my DMs usually younger guys who are struggling with stuff and so I mean I read a lot of advice columns when I was like a teenager. People just tell me all the time in my Dm like oh like they they asked me for help and then they come back like months later saying hey I tried to stop you saying and like it totally worked and I'm doing much better now.
